Returns:

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns. Once items have been shipped or picked up, they are no longer eligible for return. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service email so we can assist you in resolving the issue promptly. ANY AND ALL RETURNS WILL ENCURE A 10% RESTOCK FEE. 
If we agree upon a return, items must be in the original condition - smell included.

TAT:

TAT is 7-14 business days, which excludes weekends and major holidays. TAT updates will always be posted in our FB VIP

RTS TAT is 3-5 business days, which excludes weekends and major holidays. 

Shipping:

Once your order is marked as "in transit," please contact the shipping carrier directly for any updates regarding delays or claims. I am happy to provide any necessary information to support your inquiry. Please note that I am unable to assist with tracking or shipment issues beyond 45 days after delivery, as tracking information is only retained for a limited time.
